Sheng Tai Brassware (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("the Company") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the website shengtai.co.th collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

2. Data we collect
- Information you enter in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject, message and any attached file.
- Technical data: IP address, selected language and the date and time of submission.
- This website does not collect sensitive personal data and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations you request (consent and pre-contractual steps).
- To prevent spam and misuse of the website, for example by limiting submissions per IP address (legitimate interest).
4. Cookies
- We use only two essential cookies: a session cookie (for form security) and a cookie that remembers your language.
- Google Fonts, used to display text, may cause Google to receive your IP address. The "Navigate with Google Maps" button opens Google’s website, which is governed by Google’s own policy.
- YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), under Google’s policy.
5. Disclosure
- Form submissions are sent by email only to the relevant Company staff.
- We use a web hosting provider and an email provider as data processors, who are bound to keep the data confidential.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
Messages and attachments are kept for up to 2 years from receipt, or longer if there is an ongoing business relationship or a legal requirement, then deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Attachments are stored in a location not accessible from the internet, and access is limited to authorised staff.
8. Your rights
- You may request access to, a copy of, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- To exercise your rights, contact info@shengtai.co.th. We will respond within 30 days.
- You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
